The "Heart" in the Cloth Heart Collections...

For me the choice of charity to partner with our Cambodia inspired collection was a simple one. Actually, I kind of think it choose me and more importantly was there to supply vital motivation when it was sorely needed along the way. As the story goes, our first charity was introduced to me by a tuk-tuk driver while in Siem Reap, Cambodia. We had been with him for over a week seeing Angkor when on the last night, as the sun was setting and heading for home, he brought up the idea of going to see a concert at the children's hospital in town. We had driven past the sign on a number of occasions and though covered in sweat and the fearsome Cambodia red dust we summoned up the last of our rare blood and as a result my life would not be the same again.

Kantha Bopha is an amazing independently funded organization providing free health care to any Cambodian child. In 2007 they treated 1.3 million or 85% of Cambodia's sick children. Continue to learn more....
